The notice, received on November 14, 2023, indicates that Caravelle International Group has not filed its interim financial statements for the six-month period ended April 30, 2023, and as a result, is currently non compliant with Nasdaq's Listing Rules for continued listing.\n\nAccording to the notification from Nasdaq, Caravelle International Group has been given a period of 60 calendar days, until January 16, 2024, to submit a detailed plan to regain compliance.
