Under the terms of\nthe agreement, SonnenEnergy will pay Equicom a monthly retainer fee of $6,000\nfor professional services. The initial contract term is 12 months. Neither\nEquicom nor any of its principals has an ownership interest, directly or\nindirectly, in SonnenEnergy or its securities, and the company has not granted\nEquicom or its principals any right to acquire such an interest.
