("SonnenEnergy") (TSX-V: PWR),\na leading photovoltaic solar power systems integrator and solar power\nproducer, today announced that it has granted incentive stock options to its\ntwo new directors, its new Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and one of its\nconsultants to acquire an aggregate of 1,300,000 common shares of SonnenEnergy\nat a price of $0.50 per share. This exercise price is equal to the per Unit\nprice paid by the investors of SonnenEnergy's recently completed public\noffering by prospectus (see November 28, 2007 news release filed on SEDAR);\neach option is exercisable at any time until January 2, 2013 subject to\ncertain vesting requirements.\n\n\nSonnenEnergy has also cancelled all of the 150,000 options to acquire its\ncommon shares previously granted to its former CFO, none of which options had\nvested.\n\n\nAbout SonnenEnergy\n\n\nSonnenEnergy Corp. is a solar power systems integrator and solar power\nproducer. The company markets, sells, designs, installs, operates, and\nmaintains grid-connected solar power systems and has installed more than\n100 photovoltaic (PV) solar power commercial and residential systems since\n2004.
