(TSX-V: PWR), a leading\nphotovoltaic solar power systems integrator and solar power producer, today\nannounced the appointment of the company's Chairman as President and Chief\nExecutive Officer on an interim basis. The Board of Directors is initiating a\nprocess to identify a new President and Chief Executive Officer.\n\n\nMr. Dennis succeeds Sudhir Morar, who played a fundamental role in\ncreating the company through the completion of a capital pool qualifying\ntransaction whereby the acquisition was made of all of the shareholding\ninterests in the capital of SonnenEnergie GmbH, and in raising initial capital\nto develop the business. Mr. Morar is leaving the company to pursue other\nopportunities. The Board of Directors extends its appreciation to Mr. Morar\nfor his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.\n\n\nSince 1998, Mr. Dennis has been president of Cale Financial Corporation\nInc., a limited market dealer registered with the Ontario Securities\nCommission. Until June 2006, he was also president of Flagship Capital\nPartners, a private merchant bank which invests in and assists entrepreneurial\ncompanies in raising capital. Throughout his career, Mr. Dennis has been\ninvolved in start-ups, acquisitions, and financings for a variety of\nbusinesses in industries as varied as real estate, film and television\nproduction, insurance, cosmetics, franchising, high technology, alternative\nenergy, and investment management. Currently, Mr. Dennis acts as an advisor\nand mentor to the CEOs of fast growth companies. Mr. Dennis studied at Brown\nUniversity and earned a law degree at the University of Western Ontario.
