("Capstone" or\n the "Company") (TSX: CS) today announced the following changes to its\n board of directors upon completion of the arrangement (the\n "Arrangement") with Far West Mining Ltd. and long-term strategic\n partnership with Korea Resources Corporation ("KORES") for the\n development of the Santo Domingo project in Chile.\n\n\nAdditions to the Board\n\n\nRick Zimmer, P.Eng., M.B.A, was President and CEO of Far West Mining Ltd.  He has\n over 30 years of Canadian and international mining experience,\n including leadership of operating, development and construction\n projects in the mining and natural resource sectors.\n\n\nHak-Kyun Shin, P.
