("CPLP" or "The\n Partnership"), the legal entity that directly and indirectly holds\n substantially all of Capital Power Corporation's assets (TSX: CPX) has\n completed a public offering in Canada of unsecured medium term notes in\n the aggregate principal amount of C$300 million.  The notes have a\n coupon rate of 4.60% and mature on December 1, 2015.
