Change of Reg. Office; CFO & CoSec Appointment
Capital Metals PLC (AIM: CMET) announced a change of its registered office to c/o Orana Corporate LLP, 25 Eccleston Place, London, England, SW1W 9NF, effective immediately. The company also appointed Anthony Eastman as Chief Financial Officer (non-Board) and Orana Corporate LLP as Company Secretary. Mr. Eastman is a member of the CAANZ and ICAEW and has extensive experience in financial management and corporate advisory services, particularly in the natural resources sector. Capital Metals is developing the Taprobane Minerals Project in Sri Lanka, a high-grade mineral sands project with a Preliminary Economic Assessment (2022) indicating a Project NPV of US$155-235 million.
