Mr Abery served as a member of the Board since October 2017 and was Chair of Audit & Risk and Nomination Committees.\n \nCommenting, Jamie Boyton, Executive Chair of the Company, said: \"It is with deep sadness that we learned of the passing of our fellow Board member David Abery. David was a highly respected and integral member of our Board and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working with him. Our thoughts and condolences are with David's family and loved ones during this very difficult time.\"\n \nMichael Rawlinson, Independent Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of Interim Senior Independent Director.
