The new common shares will rank pari passu with the existing common shares. \n \nCertain PDMRs of the Company have received shares pursuant to the terms of the Company's employee share scheme:\n1) AndrĂ© Tertius Koekemoer, Chief Financial Officer, has been issued 29,411 new common shares;\n2) Jodie Raymond North, Chief Operating Officer, has been issued 67,679 new common shares;\n3) David Regan Payne, Executive - Commercial, has been issued 9,489 new common shares;\n4) Anthony Charles Woolfe, Executive - Asset Management, has been issued 9,697 new common shares; \n5) Ryan James Petersen, Executive - Maintenance, has been issued 25,302 new common shares; and,\n6) John David Luck, Executive - Inventory Management, has been issued 7,590 new common shares.\n \nThe shares are expected to be issued and allotted on 3 April 2019. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and admission of the shares is expected on or around 4 April 2019, following which; the Company's issued share capital will comprise 136,248,953 common shares of $0.0001 each.
