As we expect significant restrictions on personal movement to still be in place due to COVID-19, we are utilising the provisions in the Company's Bye-Laws to to facilitate the holding of the AGM via telephone conferencing. All voting on the resolutions at the AGM will be conducted via a poll, which means that you should submit your proxy (by post or email) as soon as possible. We ask that all questions which shareholders wish to raise be submitted to the Company Secretary \n \n \n [email protected]\n \n \n in advance.
