Capita plc has announced the issuance of 800,000 new ordinary shares to its Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy share awards under its Executive Plan 2021. These shares, expected to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange on 8 April 2026, will rank pari passu with existing shares. The new ordinary shares will be held by the Employee Benefit Trust until employees exercise the awards.Following the allotment and issue, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 120,830,667 ordinary shares.
