Nick Greatorex, Group Finance Director, will continue to lead the Company as Interim Chief Executive until 30 November 2017.\n\nJon brings a wide range of executive and leadership expertise to Capita, with proven experience in technology-enabled services businesses, and a track record of delivering value from strategic business transformations. His most recent role was as Chief Executive of Amec Foster Wheeler until its acquisition by John Wood Group.\n\nIan Powell, Chairman of Capita said:\n\n“Jon is a proven, successful business leader with the ideal blend of experience to lead the transformation of Capita.
