capMedia Inc - US EIN Issued and California Business Registration Completed

Further to the Company's announcement of 10 July 2025, capAI (LSE: CPAI) is pleased to confirm that its wholly-owned US subsidiary, capMedia Inc ("capMedia"), has been issued an Employer Identification Number ("EIN") by the US Internal Revenue Service and that the California Secretary of State has now formally approved capMedia to do business in California.

This operational milestone follows the incorporation of capMedia in Delaware and represents the next step in establishing the Group's US presence. The completion of this registration is a prerequisite for initiating commercial and operational activities in California, supporting the capMedia division, which is focused on AI-driven media innovation, including the proposed deployment of the Author42 platform.

California was selected for its strategic position within the Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem, aligning with the Group's broader transatlantic strategy and collaboration with its strategic partner, R42 Group LLC.
