[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 9652E\n CAP-XX Limited\n 04 March 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Dissemination of a Regulatory Announcement that contains inside information according to REGULATION (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR).\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 4 March 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n CAP-XX Limited\n \n \n (\"CAP-XX\" the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Notification of date of interim results and update\n \n \n \n \n \n CAP-XX Limited, \n a world leader in the design and manufacture of supercapacitors and energy management systems, will be announcing its interim results for the half-year to December 31 2019 on Monday 16th\n \n March 2020.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Total sales revenue for the half year was A$1.93m and net cash as at the end of February 2020 stood at A$6.4m. The results are expected to be in line with the board's expectations, while good progress continues to be made on licensing and litigation related activities.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company has also made excellent progress with the project to transfer the former Murata manufacturing assets. The first shipment occurred on schedule in March and the initial consideration has been paid to Murata. The final shipments are expected to leave Murata in April. The lease on CAP-XX's new Sydney manufacturing facility, where the assets will be installed, has been signed and recruitment of personnel has been largely completed.
