[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n14 August 2024\nCAP-XX Limited\n(\"CAP-XX\" or \"the Company\")\nGrant of options\nFurther to the Company's announcement on 18 June 2024, the Board of CAP-XX, a world leader in the design and manufacture of supercapacitors and energy management systems, announces that the Company has granted 60,000,000 options (the \"Options\") over ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") to certain employees.\nThe exercise price of the Options is 0.08p, as was announced on 18 June 2024, being the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on 17 June 2024, the last practicable date prior to the proposed grant of the Options.
