[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n9 June 2023\nCAP-XX Limited\n(\"CAP-XX\" or \"the Company\")\n \nAppointment of Chief Executive Officer\nCAP-XX Limited (AIM: CPX), a global leader in prismatic, high-power supercapacitors, confirms that, further to the announcement of the appointment of Lars Stegmann as Chief Executive Officer of the Company on 11 May 2023, regulatory due diligence has been completed by the Company's Nominated Adviser and the appointment of Lars Stegmann to the board of the Company as an Executive Director is effective immediately.\nThe following information regarding the appointment of Lars Stegmann, aged 52, is disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:\n\n\n\nCurrent Directorships\n\n\nPrevious Directorships (within the last five years)\n\n\n\n\nStegmann-Consulting\n\n\n-\n\n\n\n \nAs at the date of this announcement, Lars Stegmann has a total of 20,000,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company which were granted pursuant to the CAP-XX Limited Share Option Plan at an exercise price of 1.31p per ordinary share.
