In 2019, the Company paid dividends of $0.28 per share. The Board of Directors intends to review the Company's quarterly cash dividend policy when Canterbury Park returns to normal operations. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \nThe Company expects to announce its operating results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2019, during the week of March 23, 2020 and will be filing its Form 10-K, including 2019 audited financial statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or before March 30, 2020.
