(TSXV: PAK)\n announces that its Annual General and Special Meeting will be held at\n 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at the offices of\n Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, Commerce Court West, 199 Bay Street,\n Toronto, Ontario (the "Meeting").
