The Meeting has been adjourned until October 10 at 1:00 PM ET and will be held via live audio webcast at\n \n www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/WEED2025\n \n , allowing holders (“Shareholders”) of Canopy Growth common shares (the “Shares”) additional time to vote.\n \n\n During the period of the adjournment, the Company will continue to solicit votes from its Shareholders with respect to the proposals set forth in Canopy Growth’s definitive proxy statement dated August 7, 2025 (the “Proxy Statement”).
