The Meeting will be held later the same day, at 1:00 PM ET via live audio webcast at\n \n www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/WEED2025\n \n .\n \n\n The deadline is being extended to allow holders (“Shareholders”) of Canopy Growth common shares (the “Shares”) more time to vote and to ensure a quorum is present at the Meeting.\n \n\n As a requirement of the Company’s NASDAQ listing, a quorum at the Meeting consists of the presence, in person, by remote communication or by proxy duly authorized, of the holders of 33 1/3% of the outstanding Shares entitled to vote at the Meeting.
