[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nStatement re Directorate Change and Board Committee Update\n\nC&C Group PLC\n\n \n \n \n Directorate Change\n and Board Committee Update\n \n \nC&C Group plc (‘C&C’ or the 'Group’), a leading, vertically integrated premium drinks company which manufactures, markets and distributes branded beer, cider, wine, spirits and soft drinks across the UK and Ireland, announces that Emer Finnan informed the Board that she intends to step down from her position as an independent Non-Executive Director on 8 February 2023, after serving over eight years on the Board. As previously announced, John Gibney will succeed Emer as Chair of the Audit Committee. Vineet Bhalla will also join the Audit Committee on that date.\n\n \n Ralph Findlay, Chairman, commented:\n “On behalf of the Board, and all in C&C, I want to thank Emer for her significant contribution to the Group and stewardship of the Audit Committee during her tenure on the Board.
