This agreement facilitates CanaQuest’s planned production, distribution and global export of Mentanine® and Mentabinol® formulations, through its wholly owned subsidiary, ADC BioMedical Corp, which was awarded a Cannabis Medical Sales, Import/Export License from Health Canada under the Cannabis Act.
