(TSX: ACO.X) (TSX: ACO.Y)/Canadian Utilities Limited (TSX: CU)\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n ATCO is extremely disappointed with yesterday's AUC decision regarding regulatory rules.  ATCO believes the AUC is now interpreting the rules differently than previously outlined.\n \n\n\n\n ATCO is the only Utility in\n \n Alberta\n \n to reduce distribution costs by 8 per cent and continues to drive affordability for Albertans along with regulatory fairness.\n \n\n\n\n ATCO is the only utility in\n \n Alberta\n \n to reduce distribution costs during the current five-year regulatory term and supported the PBR (Performance-Based Regulation) framework since its introduction.
