She will be succeeded as Chairman by J.\n \n Michael Owens\n \n following his re-election as a director at that meeting.\n \n \n Mr. Owens has been a director of CTC since 2020 and currently chairs the Brand and Corporate Responsibility Committee. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of\n \n Ontario\n \n and a former partner of Deloitte LLP. Throughout his career, Mr. Owens held several senior leadership roles at Deloitte Canada and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Deloitte's global network. Mr. Owens led strategy at Deloitte for high growth private companies in 150 countries and had management responsibility for the firm's 50 Canadian offices.\n \n \n \"I am honoured to have been selected as CTC's next Chairman of the Board.
