(“California Gold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that following the successful completion of the first tranche of its recently announced private placement financing for $4.84 million, the Company has commenced the Phase III drill program at its flagship Fremont Property (the “Property”) in Mariposa County, California.\n\n \n\nDrilling commenced on September 11, 2015, and is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
