(CGM - TSX Venture), announces that Patrick Cronin has been appointed as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective immediately replacing Mr. Martin Shefsky.  Mr. Martin Shefsky will remain as a director of the Company.\n\nMichael Churchill will continue as the Company's President and be responsible for day to day operations.\n\nMr. Cronin has been a director of the Company since December 2011 and is presently the Chair of the Board.  He has also been the President of Patrick J. Cronin Insurance & Financial Services since 1994 and has been a principal of Interra Management Group Limited since 2004.
