(“California Gold” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:CGM) announces today that it has completed the first tranche of the non-brokered private placement of units (the “Offering”) previously announced on July 31, 2018.\n\n \n\nIn the first tranche, the Company raised gross proceeds of $935,000 from the issuance of 3,740,000 units. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant (the “Warrant”) is exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company for a period of 24 months from the date of issue at a price of $0.50.
