(\"\n \n Canada Nickel\n \n \" or \"\n \n The\n \n \n Company\n \n \") (TSXV: CNC) (OTCQB: CNIKF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (\"MOU\") with the\n \n Matachewan\n \n and Mattagami First Nations in relation to exploration and development operations at the Company's Crawford Nickel-Cobalt Sulphide Project (\"the Project\") near\n \n Timmins, Ontario\n \n .\n \n \n The MOU establishes a commitment by Canada Nickel to engage in ongoing consultation and establish a mutually beneficial cooperative and productive relationship with the First Nations located in the Project area.
