(TSX-V: CCB),\n(con-space.com), announced today that its legal action against Silk Systems\nInc. (\"Silk\"), filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and reported by\nStockwatch on July 6, 2006, has now been met with a Statement of Defence and\nCounterclaim by Silk.\nIn the action, CON-SPACE is seeking damages in respect of a computer\nhardware and software system for which it contracted with Silk in September of\n2004, and which was supposed to be fully functional by March of 2005. In\nJanuary of 2006 CON-SPACE, still without a complete functioning system,\nrequested that all funds paid to Silk, amounting to approximately $43,000, be\nreturned. After repeated attempts at a negotiated settlement, CON-SPACE\ncommenced the legal action. Silk's Counterclaim alleges a further $15,000\nowing from CON-SPACE to Silk, as well as amounts for software support\nservices.
