Cook, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer,\nhas resigned all positions with the Company including that as a director, to\npursue other business opportunities. Mr. Cook will be assisting the Company\nover the next while as it transitions to its new CEO.\n\n\nThe Company announces that Paulin Laberge, the current Chairman and a\ndirector of the Company, has been appointed as the Interim Chief Executive\nOfficer and will also act as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company as it\nmoves forward on the next phase of growth.\n\n\nMr. Laberge was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of FDM Software\nLtd. of North Vancouver, B.C., a company that develops computer-aided dispatch\nand record management systems for public safety agencies. Mr. Laberge was also\npreviously the Chair of ACETECH in British Columbia, an organization dedicated\nexclusively to CEOs in technology and life science companies. He currently\ncontinues as an independent director of ACETECH.
