(the "Company"\nor "Bolero"), (TSX-V: BRU) is pleased to announce changes to its Board of\nDirectors effective February 27th, 2008 as follows:\n\n\n- R. Stuart "Tookie" Angus, LLB, who is currently an independent\n director, will now become Chairman of the Board of Directors;\n- Glenn Laing, an experienced mining executive will become an independent\n director;\n- Dr. Roger Steininger, Ph.D., a well known consulting geologist, will\n join the Board of Directors as an independent Director.\n\n\nIn connection with these Board of Director changes, Bolero announces the\nresignation of Mr. Robert Gardner, Q.C. (formerly its Chairman of the Board)\nand Mr. Brian Davis, Q.C. from the Board of Directors. Bolero thanks Messrs.\nGardner and Smith for their past service to the Company.\n\n\nMr. R. With their tremendous experience and the world class moly assets that\nBolero has, it bodes well for all shareholders."\n\n\nMr. Glenn Laing received a B.Sc (Engineering Mining Geology) from the\nUniversity of Witwatersrand, South Africa in 1973 and a M.Sc (Mining\nEngineering) from the Colorado School of Mines in 1976. Mr. Laing has over\n30 years experience in the management and financing of companies in the\nnatural resource industry. He is the President of Silverbridge Capital Inc., a\nposition he has held since December 1999. He currently serves as President,\nCEO and a director of Glass Earth Limited; President, CEO and director of\nJumbo Petroleum and a director of Southern Hemisphere Mining Limited (formerly\nYouandi Capital Corp.). He has previously served as President, CEO and a\ndirector of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. from March 2001 to September 2007;\nPresident, CEO and a director of Heritage Explorations Ltd. from May 2001 to\nAugust 2005; President, Co-CEO and a director of Geoinformatics Explorations\nLtd. from July 2002 to April 2005; President, CEO and a director of Sanatana\nDiamonds Inc. from July 2004 to November 2006; and director of Luiri Gold\nLimited from April 2006 to December 2006.\n\n\nDr. Roger C.
