(TSXV: COR) (OTCQB: CAMZF) (WKN: A116E1) (\"Camino\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced private placement offering (the \"Offering\") of 30,000,000 units (the \"Units\") at an offering price of $0.10 per Unit (see the Company's press release dated June 19, 2020), to raise gross proceeds of $3,000,000.Each Unit consists of one (1) common share of the Company, and one-half (1/2) share purchase warrant (the \"Warrants\") to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.15 per share until July 14, 2022. Certain arm's length finders received cash fees of $24,850 in connection with the Offering.The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to advance the Company's exploration and development strategy at its Los Chapitos Copper-Gold project in Peru, as well as to provide the Company with working capital for general and administrative expenses.
