[{"type":"text","content":"\n Camellia PLC\n14 November 2005\n\n\n\n14 November 2005\n\n\n\nCamellia Plc ('Camellia')\nLinton Park Plc ('Linton Park')\n\n\n\nResult of Linton Park Court Hearing and Statements re Camellia Additional\nListing and Linton Park Delisting\n\n\n\nAt the Linton Park Court Hearing held today, the Court sanctioned the Linton\nPark Scheme of Arrangement under section 425 Companies Act 1985 (the 'Scheme'),\npursuant to which Linton Park will become a wholly owned subsidiary of\nCamellia.\n\n\n\nApplication has been made for admission to the Official List of the UK Listing\nAuthority, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, of up to 248,011 new\nordinary shares of 10 pence each of Camellia ('New Camellia Shares') to be\nissued in accordance with the Scheme. Admission is expected to become effective\non 17 November 2005.\n\n\nThe New Camellia Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with Camellia's\nexisting ordinary shares.
