[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9107O Camellia PLC 25 September 2013 \n \n\nCamellia Plc\n \nTransactions in Shares by Lawrie (Bermuda) Limited\n \nCamellia Plc today announces that its subsidiary, Lawrie (Bermuda) Limited (\"Lawrie\") has undertaken the following share transactions in cash on the Bermuda Stock Exchange in order to rationalise its Bermudian investments:-\n \n1. The sale of 935,000 par value shares in KeyTech Limited at a price of BD$6.15 per share to the Bermuda Commercial Bank Group of Companies (\"BCB\"). Lawrie no longer has a holding in KeyTech Limited.\n \n2. The sale of 406,500 ordinary shares in West Hamilton Holdings Limited at a price of BD$6.00 per share to BCB. Lawrie no longer has an interest in West Hamilton Holdings Limited.\n \n3. The purchase of 713,397 common shares in B.F.&M Limited at a price of BD$19.80 per share from BCB and the purchase of 148,016 common shares in B.F.&M Limited at a price of BD$19.80 per share from West Hamilton Holdings Limited. Lawrie now holds 2,961,413 common shares in B.F. & M.
