The conditions to\nwhich the offers were subject were satisfied on 26 September 2006 and\naccordingly both offers became wholly unconditional in all respects on that \ndate.\n\nDuncan Lawrie Holdings Limited has received acceptances of both offers from all\nof the shareholders in Hill Martin Limited and Hill Martin Holdings Limited and\nwill acquire the shares of both companies pursuant to the terms of the\nrespective offer.\n\nHill Martin Limited provides financial planning services.
