Copper Reef Appoints a New C.F.O and a Director

Copper Reef Mining Corp. has appointed David Kendall as the Company's C.F.O. and Stephen Davies to its board of directors. In order to upgrade Copper Reef's financial side the Company welcomes to the C.F.O position, the partner of its former Auditing Firm Kendall and Pandya, CA's. Mr. Kendall, who with his strong financial experience also brings to the Company his detailed knowledge of its history and financials prior and up to it becoming a public company. Mr. Kendall has been charged to review the areas of changes regarding International Financial Reporting Standards required for Copper Reef in 2011 and to ensure we meet those obligations. Mr. Kendall will review the company's internal financial controls and reporting in order to bring them to a higher level.

David Kendall is the Managing Partner of Kendall & Pandya, Chartered Accountants, a CA practice operating in the cities of Flin Flon and Thompson, Manitoba. Mr. Kendall articled with Deloitte and Touche predecessor Winspear Higgins Stevenson and Company in Saskatoon, SK., before moving to Flin Flon in 1983. Mr. Kendall received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1978 and was awarded his Fellow of the Chartered Accountants (FCA) in 1997. Mr. Kendall has accounting and audit experience with a wide variety of organizations including public companies such as Copper Reef Mining Corporation and Callinan Mines Limited. (TSXV:CAA)

Stephen Davies P.Eng. rejoins the board of Copper Reef and is very familiar with its history and major properties. Mr. Davies is currently Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Crowflight Minerals (TSX:CML) Ltd. and COO of Kria Resources Ltd. (OOTC:KIARF) (TSXV:KIA) and has over 25 years of mine operations, contracting and engineering experience, specifically in Manitoba and Ontario. He has worked in senior operations positions with Alex MacIntyre & Associates who are the principle contractors at Vale Inco's Thompson Mines, Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting's operations in Snow Lake and Flin Flon, Cameco Corporation's (NYSE:CCJ) (TSX:CCO) Eagle Point Mine and Kinross's Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake. Mr. Davies has a wide variety of experience in mine capital development including shafts and hoisting, along with production experience in underground mines of up to 6,000 tonnes per day. Steve is a graduate of Haileybury School of Mines and Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering.

Resigning his position is Bill Jackson, of Toronto who will be retained as assistant secretary. The company thanks Bill for his hard work while he held the positions of C.F.O. and Treasurer.
