[{"type":"text","content":"\n Omega Diagnostics Group PLC\n30 August 2007\n\n\n30 August 2007\n\nOmega Diagnostics Group plc\n\nResults of Extraordinary General Meeting\n\nOmega Diagnostics Group plc announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting\nof the company held today, all resolutions were duly passed.\n\n\nApplications have been made to admit 14,875,693 New Ordinary Shares to trading\non AIM. It is expected that admission for 9,684,470 New Ordinary Shares becomes\neffective on 31 August 2007 (the First Admission Shares) and that admission for\n5,191,223 New Ordinary Shares becomes effective on 03 September 2007 (the Second\nAdmission Shares).
