[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9680B Omega Diagnostics Group PLC 09 April 2013 \n \n\n \nOmega Diagnostics Group PLC\n(\"Omega\" or the \"Company\")\n \nDistributor Agreement\n \n10 April 2013\n \n \nOmega (AIM:ODX), the medical diagnostics company focused on allergy, food intolerance and infectious disease, is pleased to announce it has agreed to amend the Terms of its existing licence agreement with Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDS) allowing the Company to appoint IDS as its exclusive distributor in certain territories for allergy tests to be run on the automated IDS-iSYS platform. The countries covered by the agreement are those countries where IDS already has a direct presence, namely, the USA, Germany, France, the Nordic regions and the UK. \n \nIt is envisaged that the Company and IDS will enter into a distribution agreement in due course which will provide IDS customers with an increased menu of tests on the IDS-iSYS platform and will allow Omega to reduce its time to market in the selected countries.
