[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n1 December 2023\n \nCambridge Cognition Holdings plc\n \n(\"Cambridge Cognition\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \n \nCambridge Cognition (AIM: COG), which develops and markets digital solutions to assess brain health, announces that pursuant to its block admission facility, details of which were announced on 21 March 2023, it has recently issued 25,184 new ordinary shares in the Company in satisfaction of the exercise of employee share options. Accordingly, as at 30 November 2023 the Company has 34,960,109 ordinary shares in issue.\n \nThere are no shares held in treasury therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 34,960,109.
