All resolutions were duly passed.\n \nDuring the meeting the Company announced that Dr. Andrew (Andy) Blackwell, formerly CSO and currently Non-Executive Director, will be standing down from the board with effect from 1st July 2017. \n \nNon-Executive Chairman at Cambridge Cognition, Michael Lewis commented: \"We would like to thank Andy for his major contribution to the development of Cambridge Cognition. He has played a key role in shaping the scientific foundation and reputation of the Company and in building a new science leadership team.
