Nick Kerton's total beneficial interest has been corrected to 127,285 Ordinary Shares representing 0.75% of issued share capital of the Company.\n \n \nCambridge Cognition Holdings Plc \n('Cambridge Cognition' or the 'Company')\n \nDirectors/PDMR Shareholding\n \nCambridge Cognition Holdings plc, (AIM: COG), which specialises in computerised neuropsychological tests, was notified on 26 September 2014 of the following transactions by Directors.\n \nNick Kerton, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 55,000 ordinary shares at a price of 65.5 pence each. Following this notification, Mr Kerton now has a total beneficial interest of 127,285 Ordinary Shares representing 0.75% of the issued share capital of the Company.\n \nNick Walters, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 45,000 ordinary shares at a price of 65.5 pence each. Following this notification, Mr Walters has a total beneficial interest of 92,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.\n \nCambridge Cognition's capital consists of 16,930,556 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
