He retired from the board at the Company's AGM in April 2019.\n \nDeepest sympathies from all at Cambridge Cognition have been conveyed to his family.\n \nSteven Powell, Chairman of Cambridge Cognition, said: \"We were saddened to learn of the passing of Nick. Everyone at the Company acknowledges the significant contribution he made to the development and leadership of the Company in his executive and non-executive roles, from the time of our IPO through to our recent AGM.
