[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 4867A\n Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC\n 02 June 2021\n \n \n \n \n Cambridge Cognition Holdings Plc\n \n \n ('Cambridge Cognition' or the 'Company')\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Appointment of Executive Director\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Cambridge Cognition Holdings Plc (AIM: COG), which develops and markets digital solutions to assess brain health, is pleased to announce that Michael (Mick) Holton will join the Board as an Executive Director with immediate effect.\n \n \n \n \n \n Mick has been serving the Company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 19 January this year during a period of handover from the Company's former CFO, Nick Walters, who stepped down from the Board at the Company's AGM held on 27 May 2021.\n \n \n \n \n \n Mick has had an extensive career in finance. Prior to joining the Company, he was Interim CFO at AIM quoted Biome Technologies plc and prior to that, CFO at Infinis, a renewable energy generator.
