The resolution was decided on a poll and the\nresolution proposed was passed. The number of votes for and against the\nresolution were as follows:\n\n\n Shares Shareholders\n\n (either in person or by proxy)\n Number % Number %\nFor 31,453,240 99.99% 48 98%\nAgainst 1,000 N/A 1 2%\n\n\n\nThe Second Court Meeting was held on Thursday 2 July 2007 to enable Stornoway\nClass Shareholders to consider and, if thought fit, approve the Scheme.
