[{"type":"text","content":"\n Calyx Group PLC\n24 July 2007\n\n Calyx Group plc (the 'Company')\n\n High Court sanction of Scheme\n\n\nThe Board of Calyx confirms that the High Court has today sanctioned the scheme\nof arrangement under which, inter alia, Stornoway will acquire Calyx. The Scheme\nwill become effective upon the issue by the Registrar of Companies of a\ncertificate of registration of the Court Order.\n\n\nIt is expected that the Court Order will be filed with the Registrar of\nCompanies and the Scheme will become effective on 26 July 2007 ('the Effective\nDate'). On this basis it is expected that the Transfer Record Time, after which\nno transfers of Ordinary Shares in Calyx will be registered, will be 6.00 p.m.\non 25 July 2007.\n\n\nAdmission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM and IEX will be\ncancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m. on Thursday 26 July 2007.
