[{"type":"text","content":"\n Calyx Group PLC\n12 June 2006\n\n\n\n12 June 2006\n\n\n Calyx Group plc\n\n ('Calyx' or 'The Company')\n\n\n ACQUISITIONS AND PLACING COMPLETION\n\n\nFurther to the announcement made by Calyx on Friday 9 June 2006, confirming the\napproval of all the resolutions proposed for consideration at both their AGM and\nEGM, Calyx is pleased to announce that the acquisitions of Network Partners\n(Holdings) Limited and Matrix Integration Limited were completed today,\nfollowing the admission of the Consideration Shares and Placing Shares (in each\ncase as defined in the Admission Document dated 17 May 2006) to trading on AIM\nand the IEX market of the Irish Stock Exchange at 8.00am today, 12 June 2006 and\nis subject only to the payment of the purchase consideration by Calyx.\n\n\nThe Company is pleased to announce that Ian Smith aged 42, the co-founder of\nMatrix Communications Group plc will join the Enlarged Group Board as a Non -\nExecutive Director.
