Rosslyn\nAnalytics' issue share capital. Operating out of London, Rosslyn Analytics\nprovides a cloud-based data analysis platform which allows its customers and\npartners to use a single cloud platform for analysis and data management,\nproviding a foundation for organisations and their key strategic decisions,\npotentially stretching resources, adding value and enabling faster exploitation\nof new technologies . The platform allows data capture and collation from many\nsources, advanced data cleansing to improve accuracy and relevance, enrichment\nby automatic connection of enterprise data with external business sources to\nprovide enhanced business value and a \"360° view\" of the enterprise and data\nvisualisation through user friendly graphical interfaces, report building\nwizards and statistical and predictive modelling tools.\n\nThe investment is to be funded by a placing of 11,500,000 new Ordinary Shares\nof 0.1p each at a price of 1.0 pence per share.\n\nNon-Executive Chairman, Nigel Brent Fitzpatrick MBE commented:\n\n\"I am pleased to announce another investment in line with our objective to\nbuild a diverse range of potentially high growth technology investments, which\nwill bring the total amount invested this year to over £485,000.
