Portr's enlarged issued\nshare capital. Portr is a recently established technology-driven concierge\ncompany which is launching a premium luggage transfer service targeting the\ninternational business and leisure markets in London with operations planned to\ncommence at Heathrow Airport in Q1 2014. The new AirPortrâ„¢ service, designed to\nenable customers to book luggage transfers between their destination airport\nand hotels within the M25, employs leading-edge technology across its web\nbooking platform and logistics engine, integrated with a specialist airport\ndivision of a leading same-day logistics company who will be managing and\ndelivering the white-glove AirPortrâ„¢ branded service.
