[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n Vela Technologies Plc (\"Vela\" or \"the Company\") \n\n Convertible Preference Share Investment in Rosslyn Analytics Limited \n\n Placing to raise £115,000 at 1.0p per share \n\n18 October 2013\n\nFurther to the announcement made on 9 October 2013, the Company is pleased to\nannounce that it has now completed a placing of 11,500,000 new Ordinary Shares\nof 0.1p each at a price of 1.0 pence per share and its subscription for \n£100,002 Convertible \"A\" Preference Shares in Rosslyn Analytics Limited.\n\nApplication will be made for the new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu\nwith the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading\non AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective on 24 October 2013.\nFollowing the issue, the Company has 152,512,641 ordinary shares of 0.1p each\nin issue, each carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any\nordinary shares in Treasury.
