Companies House issued the Company with a change of name certificate on 24 March 2025 and the change of name to Caledonian Holdings plc became effective upon such receipt.\n \nThe Company confirms that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new company name and new TIDM code, \"CHP\", will take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 26 March 2025. The ISIN and SEDOL numbers will remain unchanged.
